Miniature circuit breakers, or MCBs shortly, protect an electrical circuit from damage caused by overload or short circuit.

 

 
The Series G, is GEs basic range of MCBs and covers a complete range of short circuit breaking capacities and tripping characteristics for residential (G30, G45 and G60) and industrial use (G100).
